Peter MacKinnon was named General Manager of Nortel’s WiMAX Business Unit in August 2006. In this new role, Mr. MacKinnon has full P&L responsibility for driving the global success of Nortel’s WiMAX business – a key thrust will be to accelerate the adoption of a WiMAX ecosystem solution to drive revenues for carriers, infrastructure, device and chipset manufacturers.
Mr. MacKinnon retains his role as Chairman of the Board, LG-Nortel Co. Ltd – a joint venture between Nortel and LG Electronics, signed under Mr. MacKinnon’s leadership in August 2005. As Chairman, Mr. MacKinnon is responsible for charting the strategy for this multi-hundred million dollar ‘”start-up”; this involves coordinating the LG-Nortel and Nortel portfolios across the Enterprise, Metro Ethernet and Wireline / Wireless business units as well as magnifying the success of the Joint Venture by scaling its products for Nortel’s global channels. |

Ron
Resnick,

Ron serves as President and Chairman of the WiMAX Forum, a position he has held since 2004. He is employed by Intel as a member of the Mobility Group. In June 2002, Ron launched and became general manager of Intel’s Broadband Wireless Access business startup focused on wireless Metropolitan Area Network (“last mile”) technology. Ron joined Intel in April of 2000 where, as director of new business development for Intel’s Corporate Technology Group, he managed technology commercialization efforts within Intel’s labs. He concurrently served as a staff member of Intel's New Business Initiatives, an internal venture fund established to attract and incubate new business efforts internal to Intel.
Before joining Intel, Resnick served in executive marketing and business development positions, most recently as vice president of marketing of a computer peripherals company, ThrustMaster. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth and board member of the Wireless Communications Association. He also served as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force. Ron earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Rutgers University.

Benjamin Wolff serves as co-chief executive officer and co-president of Clearwire Corporation with the company’s founder, Craig McCaw. Prior to his current position, Mr. Wolff was co-president and chief strategy officer for Clearwire from October 2005 until May of 2006. Previously, he served as an executive vice president when he joined the company in April 2004. With Industry Canada, he has taken leading roles in spectrum auctions, wireless broadband, internet access, mobile TV and managed the licensing of national radio networks for Cellular/Personal Communications Services, 3G networks, point to multi-point networks and mobile broadcasting in various frequency bands.
Current projects include development of spectrum management strategies for bands such as 2500 MHz, Advanced Wireless Services at 1700/2100 MHz, Fixed Wireless Access at 3500 MHz and supporting the Government of Canada on its Broadband initiative.
