Blueprint for
success:
learning from experiences and challenges
OF network operators
As more and more network operators are getting
ready to deploy WiMAX, what can be learned from
the experiences of those operators that have
lead the way in the wireless broadband market?
The workshop will skip fancy presentations and
focus on the practical lessons learned and
challenges faced by operators, through a frank
debate with leading analysts and consultants and
the audience.
In the workshop we will look in
turn at three operators representing three
business models:
-
The Greenfield Operator,
-
The
Fixed Operator, and
-
The Mobile Operator.
Each panel session will run 50
minutes and 3-4 operators will sit on each of
the panels.
