To assist you in your final preparation for the event, please find below a summary of important event and exhibitor details.

 

KEY SHOW SCHEDULES & TIMES

Exhibitor Move-In

  • Monday October 9: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm*
  • Tuesday, October 10: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Wednesday October 11: 8:00 am - 11:00 am

Please contact Erin Healey to arrange for extended move in hours if necessary (Additional labor and handling charges may apply)

*Monday is Columbus Day and overtime charges will apply on all labor and material handling services for move-in deliveries.

Registration Hours
Onsite registration hours at the World Trade Center:

  • Tuesday, October 10: 7:30am - 6:00pm
  • Wednesday, October 11: 7:00am - 6:00pm
  • Thursday, October 12: 8:00am - 4:00pm

All labor and outbound material handling services after 8:00 pm Thursday will have overtime charges applied.

GENERAL EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Exhibitor Staff Badges

  • Each member of your staff working in your booth will need an exhibitor staff badge.
  • You may Register Online.

Exhibitor Manual

  • An exhibitor manual has been sent to all exhibitors. Request an Exhibitor Manual
  • Your exhibitor manual contains all of the information and forms that you will need to prepare for the event.

Lead Retrieval

  • A lead retrieval equipment order form is included in the Exhibitor Manual.

Complimentary Event Passes

  • As a co-sponsor, you are entitled to receive a limited number of complimentary full conference passes.
  • This is an important benefit of your sponsorship package and we recommend that you use these passes to invite your top customers and prospects to attend and meet with you at the event.
  • If you have not received your complimentary event pass priority codes you may Request them.

Press Kit Distribution

  • Co-sponsors are entitled to distribute press material and corporate brochures in the on-site press room.

Media and News Coverage

  • There will be a significant amount of news and media coverage at the event.

COMSEARCH is the Official Frequency Coordinator

  • WiMAX World has announced that Comsearch will be coordinating our exhibitor's to ensure that the spectrum being used on-site is licensed and running without disruption for the exhibitor booth demonstrations. Please contact Rocio Palomo at rpalomo@comsearch.com by Sept 20 to discuss your plans for spectrum frequency usage onsite, they will be happy to coordinate with you and our other exhibitors spectrum frequency, and minimize disruptions in your service.
  • All exhibitors MUST COMPLETE the WiMAX World Wireless Device Form Put this above in bold red and then link in the form

Spectrum Licensing

  • Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining their own license for spectrum for use at WiMAX World.
  • You will need to apply to the FCC to obtain an experimental license. You can apply thru a qualified attorney who specializes in this, or you can file online. The Experimental Licensing Branch will review the application and either grant or deny the request for experimental station authorization.
