Global Marcomm Execution Overview

>> Direct Advertising: Placement of online print advertisements for the event series across all key publications, news, press and media outlets will provide Millions of impressions to the industry and to the key attendee demographics.

>> Web Advertising: All-Encompassing web marketing campaigns focused on dedicated email blasts,        e-zine advertising, banner advertising, e-newsletter advertising, analyst led content features and specific event calendar listings will blanket the entire ecosystem of prospects through over 200 leading media channels.

>> Direct Mail: Targeted mailings to Yankee Group’s 125,000+ database, as well as direct mailings of brochure and expo passes to over 500,000 total prospects globally will be executed for the 2008 campaign. 

>> Cross Industry Advertising: WiMAX World will receive exposure through 25+ major telecom, service provider, regulatory, wireless and broadband industry focused events worldwide.

In addition, each week we will be heavily marketing the event series via the 15,000 strong global opt in database for the newsletter.

>> Past attendee databases: Targeted email and direct mail efforts will be specially targeted to our entire database of past attendees spanning our wireless, telecom, mobile and executive summit events since 2003. In it’s entirety we will draw upon more than 40,000 direct attendees of our past event who show express interest in WiMAX and wireless broadband solutions.

>> Media partners: Our unmatched confirmed partner list of over 200 key media, analyst, association alliance and research partners will allow us to reach directly into all the key channels and actual client databases relevant to WiMAX World and to reach hundreds of thousands of prospects directly with multiple media platforms.

>> Telemarketing: A regional telemarketing campaign will be implemented for each event to target the most important prospect companies not yet registered for the events, and to directly invite them with strategic discounts for operators and service providers.

>> Grass Roots Efforts: Working closely through local working groups, user groups, associations and business consortiums we will implement a simple grass roots marketing campaign to allow them to share all benefits of attending WiMAX World to their appropriate members.

>> Sponsor / Exhibitor Databases: Not only do we provide allotments of free passes to our sponsors and exhibitors, to invite top clients, but we also work closely with them to customize pre-event email campaigns that allow them to become an extension of our marketing campaign and communicate to tens of thousands of prospective attendees jointly with key benefits for attending.

Conference Agenda Features

>> Built by the industry for the industry including a full advisory board that will review all topics and provide key feedback for developing the most, timely and forward thinking conference program. As we have done successfully in the past, the 2008 program will focus on attracting all parties from the entire wireless broadband and mobile internet ecosystem. It is critical to the entire ecosystem that the conference program not be driven by any one voice or governing body.

>> Full 3-Day unbiased conference program featuring a full Executive Summit, WiMAX Certified Training, Interactive Workshops and Seminars, Visionary Keynotes, CXO Roundtables and Debates, the largest educational offering anywhere in terms of program session choices for attendees, revolving product briefing from leading solutions providers, peer networking sessions, WiMAX awards ceremony…etc.
